By using Easy Press Pro, you agree to the terms described on this page. These terms apply to everyone who visits the site and uses the free tools. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the site.
What Easy Press Pro provides
Easy Press Pro offers a set of free, browser-based tools for working with images and PDFs — compression, conversion, editing, AI-powered operations like background removal and upscaling, and various PDF utilities. All tools run entirely in your browser; no account or signup is required.
Acceptable use
You may use Easy Press Pro for personal, educational, or business file tasks. You agree not to:
- Use the site or its tools for any unlawful purpose
- Process content you do not have legal rights to (e.g., copyrighted material without authorization)
- Attempt to disrupt, attack, reverse-engineer, or compromise the site's infrastructure
- Use automated systems to make excessive requests that could affect service for other users
- Misrepresent the source of files processed through the site
The "no upload" architecture means we cannot moderate or police what files you process. The responsibility for legal and ethical use rests entirely with you.
No warranty
Easy Press Pro is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee that the tools will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device or browser. Results may vary based on file type, file size, your device's capabilities, and browser version.
Always verify the output of any tool before using it for important purposes — printing, legal filing, sending to clients, archiving. The tools work well for the vast majority of inputs but no software is perfect.
Limitation of liability
Easy Press Pro is not responsible for any data loss, file corruption, business interruption, or other damages that result from using the site or its tools. Since file processing happens entirely on your device, the risk of catastrophic data loss from our end is minimal — but you remain responsible for keeping backups of important files.
Intellectual property
The Easy Press Pro brand, design, and tool implementations are owned by Easy Press Pro. The open-source libraries we build upon (pdf-lib, pdf.js, transformers.js, etc.) retain their own respective licenses and copyrights. You do not gain any ownership of the site or tools by using them.
Files you process through Easy Press Pro remain entirely yours. We claim no ownership, license, or rights of any kind over content you process with our tools.
Third-party services
We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used (see our Privacy Policy). We load fonts and icons from Google Fonts, Cloudflare CDN, and JSDelivr. AI models are loaded from Hugging Face's CDN. These services have their own terms; using our site means you accept their normal operation.
Changes to the service
We may add, remove, or modify tools and features at any time. We may also update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Easy Press Pro is operated. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts.
